At least 1 year’ experience in HR, food processing or F&B background is preferred
Able to travel to offices in KL and Ipoh (if there is an urgent issue requiring their presence) as he/she will be overseeing both fronts.

Manage HR operations, including but not limited to employee relations, compensation and benefits, recruitment, learning and development, and compliance
Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations
Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
Oversee that all offboarding forms and documents for employees are collated and properly maintained in the personnel files.
Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
Process onboarding of new joiners and offboarding of staff resignations.
Maintain 100% accurate and up to date employee records in InfoTech and HR database related to onboarding and offboarding administration, transfers and employee data changes.
Check and verify attendance using InfoTech TMS system
Use performance management tools to provide support, guidance and feedback to team
Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
Provide advice to employees on HR-related enquiries.
Attend to ad hoc and any relevant HR and operational matters
Maintain HR systems and processes are kept in order
Design and implement employee retention strategies
Maintain company organization charts and employee directory
Basic up to RM 3,600 (Subject to candidate’s experiences & last withdrawn salary)
