Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma in Business Studies / Administration/ Management or equivalent.
- Fresh Graduate OR SPM holder with minimum 1 years working experience is encourage to apply
- Proficient in MS Office
- Able to work independently, good working attitude and strong responsibility
- Understand in both written and spoken English and Malay
- Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage
- Experience in using SQL Accounting System is an added advantage
Tanggungjawab
- Able to handle full set accounting ie AR, AP, GL
- Prepare annual financial reports and tax submission. Liaise with auditors for annual audit report and tax agents for tax related matters.
- Liaise with company secretary
- Handle full set of payroll administration including on-time and accurate payroll processing, salary pay-outs and statutory payments i.e. EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax, HRDF etc. in compliance with all statutory requirements.
- To assist in office administration (stationery, office equipment, upkeep and maintenance, etc)
- Perform other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
