Responsibilities (not limited to):
Personal Assistant:
- Dealing with incoming calls, often corresponding behalf of Director.
- Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments.
-Take picture, video for CEO.
- buy breakfast, lunch of needed
- Provide other support and ad-hoc tasks.
Driver:
• To drive in a safe and timely manner.
• Fully assist CEO
• May be required to drive outstation occasionally if required.
• Arranging regular cleaning and maintenance serviced for the vehicle, planning each route based on road and traffic conditions.
• Reads and interprets maps and driving directions to plan the most efficient route service.
Requirements:
• At least 1 Year (1) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• MALE and has valid license 'D'
• Non-smoker & non-alcoholic.
• Punctual and good attendance record.
• Details to appearances with dress in a professional manner.
• Possess good writing skill, communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Melayu.
• Good time management, independent, driven to get job done and proactive in identifying and highlighting urgent and critical issues.
• Able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility and able to perform multitasking.
• Wiling to travel outstation.
