Kelayakan
- Fresh graduate welcome to apply
- Possess at least Diploma / Degree in Food Tech
- To develop, implement, support and maintain the Food Safety Certification (MeSTI) and Halal Certification by JAKIM including preparation of documentation (eg: Hazard analysis, SOP, supporting documentations) related to HALAL & MeSTI).
- Managing HALAL and MeSTI certification including certification renewal, new application, auditing and training for all staffs and plants.
Tanggungjawab
- Responsible for supplier audit, internal audit, external audit, management review, as per HALAL & MeSTI guidelines. To liaise and coordinate with external food safety consultants and auditors from MOH, JAKIM and 3rd party (eg: customer etc) for onsite and remote audit.
- To develop and implement any new requirement from HALAL & MeSTI standards (eg: allergen management, risk analysis etc).
- Resolving the non conformance issues related to Food Safety & Halal and present the report to the management.
