Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Advance/ Higher Graduation in Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent.
- At least 1 years working experience in related field.
- Required language(s) : English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
- Familiar with AUTOCOUNT software will be advantage.
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel).
- Self-disciplines, responsible, highly self-motivated with the ability to work on own initiative in order to complete task.
Tanggungjawab
- Daily Accounting data entry and bookkeeping.
- Interaction with AR customers via Calls and Emails for collection.
- Maintaining accounts receivable & account payable files and records.
- Generating account statements.
- Verification on all invoices and payment instructions with appropriate documents.
- Performing bank reconciliations.
- Filing all accounts and finance related document.
- Any ad-hoc task assignment related with financial.
