Kelayakan
- Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Diploma or Professional Degree majoring in IT, Computer Software.
- Have at least 1 year relevant working experience.
- Priority knowledge in coding PHP.
- Mature, energetic, creative and self-motivated.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Proficient in communicating and report writing in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Tanggungjawab
- Oversee network and server
- Oversee SKIM coding and make changes if needed;
- Ensuring data is backed up on a regular basis according to ISO requirement;
- Ensuring maintenance are carried out according to ISO requirement;
- Overseeing computer security and anti-virus updates etc;
- Carrying out computer ‘housekeeping’ tasks;
- Providing IT support to computer user within the office;
- First port of call and initial troubleshooting of IT problems and resolving if possible;
- Logging all IT problems and resolutions;
- Inducting new staff on IT system (Email, SKIM, E-Biodata, Jobskillz, Expatriate System etc);
- Keeping website updated (or liaising with whoever does this);
- Keeping inventory of hardware and maintenance records;
- Keep track and manage ISO requirements;
- Input into one-off projects such as database/application development and enhancement
- Keep abreast of IT technology, maintain library of information
- To carry out other tasks required and duties as when requested by superior
