Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Bachelor Degree in rany field.
- At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Officer specializing in Facilities / Building / Property Management or equivalent.
- Confidence, Perseverance, Excellent interpersonal skills, Pleasant working attitude, self-motivated, and passionate.
- Strong communication skills & Eye for details.
Tanggungjawab
- Daily inspect and ensure quality control standards of the properties cleanliness with cleaning supervisor – BDCM buildings.
- Attend to all feedback/complaints on cleaning issues.
- Ensured quality control standards for cleaning of buildings and offices.
- Coordinate with client the schedule for Pest Control, Carpet Shampoo and High Dusting.
- Check and ensure stock are sufficient (eg. Toilet roll, Hand soap etc).
- Check on timely clearing of sanitary bins.
- Conduct Monthly onsite cleanliness inspection with vendor.
- Ensure vendor completed 52 weeks tracker cleaning schedule as planned.
- Submit weekly report for Pandemic stock.
- Arrange disinfection wipe down (if required).
- Attend monthly meeting and evaluate vendor’s performance.
- Ensure vendor submit monthly cleaning report.
- Support operation team on all administrative works.
