Kelayakan
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a factory.
- Bachelor's degree in business, industrial management, logistics, or any related fields
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English
- Worked as a Factory Manager, Plant Manager, or a similar position.
- Certification in production and inventory management as well as quality control.
- Sound knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Target oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
- Good attitude and responsible character
- The ability to multitask and effective communication skills
- Time management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving, decision-making skills.
- Strong management, teamwork and leadership skills.
- Willing to work in Kampung Baru Subang
Tanggungjawab
- Manufacturing supervisors coordinate and supervise the activities of process control technicians, machine operators, assemblers, and other manufacturing labourers.
- Tasks include –
- Coordinating and supervising the activities of process control technicians, machine operators, assemblers and other manufacturing labourers;
- Organizing and planning the daily work with regard to plans, economy, staff and environment;
- Preparing cost estimates, records and reports;
- To collaborate with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes
- To maintain costs within the agreed manufacturing budget, meeting reliability targets and KPIs.
- Responsible for achieving optimum labour and least amount of overhead and raw material costs.
- Responsible for continuous improvement on safety quality and efficiency performance.
- Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations
- To collaborate with maintenance department to ensure factory machinery and equipment are in good working order by following procedures
- To motivate factory workers to continually achieve factory targets while maintaining high standards of the production line.
