Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in related field.
- Knowledge in full set of accounts will be added advantage.
- Required language (s): Bahasa Malaysia, English – Both Speaking and writing
- Computer literate – Microsoft Office & Accounting Software (UBS)
- Responsible and reliable, able to work independently, committed and meet deadlines
- Ability to multi-task,prioritize workload and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Possess good working attitude and able work well with other department team members
Tanggungjawab
- Entering financial information into UBS Accounting
- Managing company ledgers
- Processing expenses request, suppliers payment, monthly loan payments and etc.
- Posting daily payments
- Reporting on trade payable
- Handling accruals and prepayments, staff claim & petty cash record
- Sorting financial documents and posting them to the proper accounts
- Reviewing account payable transactions for accuracy and meticulously tracing errors back to their source
- Fixed asset management and maintain monthly schedules.
- Managing day-to-day transactions
- Coordinating internal and external audits
- Any other accounts related duties.
