Kelayakan
- At least 1 year of experience working in a bakery
- Detail oriented, able to deliver high-quality baked products that meet the needs of the head baker
- Good communicating skill and be able to follow instructions given by head baker
- Pleasant personality, hardworking and a good team player
- Acquire good knowledge on company's baked goods
Tanggungjawab
- Have adequate knowledge in operating baking equipment like oven, mixers, etc.
- To assist head baker according to instructions given
- Able to decorate baked goods according to assigned designs. Having basic pipping skill is a must.
- Capable to create new products, develop new recipes or improve current products.
- Adhere to set recipes to ensure products are up to standard
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of workstation and equipment pre and post bake
- Provide proficient assistance on preparation and production of baked goods
