Kelayakan
- Have a passion for content creation, a social media active user
- Comfortable with producing short form content for IG (Stories, reels) and TikTok
- Excellent communication skills and able to thrive within a team environment with the ability to work independently
- Flexible with ability to handle multiple priorities and meet project deadlines within a short turnaround time
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia will be an added advantage
- In-depth knowledge of market research data, data analysis and statistics
- Able and willing to travel when required
- Immediate availability to start will be an advantage
Tanggungjawab
- Design, and implement a social media strategy for all social accounts of the company (Facebook, Instagram, and other new in-trend social platforms i.e., TikTok)
- Develop new and creative highly engaging content to grow our Instagram and TikTok audiences
- Develop strategies to increase follower base and engagement rate.
- Plan and coordinate social media content coinciding with brand engagements, tactical promotions, ads campaigns etc. (from idealization, visual and caption development, to engagement monitoring) and work together with the marketing and brand team
- Actively discovers in-trend social topics and generates creative and reactive content.
- Light copy-writing for captions, deep knowledge of hashtag and engagement strategy
- Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces.
- To execute social media content planning for Internal and brand, marketing campaigns
