Kelayakan
- Diploma / Degree in HR Management
- At least 2 years related working experience in related field
- Experience in monthly payroll processing
- Computer literate in Microsoft office Application & Payroll System
- Strong numerical skills
- Good communication and written in English
Tanggungjawab
- Responsible for recruitment process including job postings, selections, interview arrangement, job offers, acceptance, orientation/onboard, updating employee's database, confirmation etc.
- Prepare letters, contracts, memos, performance appraisals etc
- Administer staff benefits such as insurance, medical benefits, annual leave, utilities etc.
- Assist in staff payroll, prepare the necessary for EPF / Socso / PCB / bank account and other registrations.
- To carry out Exit interview for resigning employee and ensure return of the company belongings that had been assigned to the resigned employee.
- Manage and prepare monthly reports on employee attendance, leaves, late reports, insurance, claims, allowances etc.
- Monitor staff purchases, marketing material claims, uniforms, stationery etc.
- Implement and review company policies and employee handbook.
- Work closely with HOD and undertaking in other tasks and HR projects assigned by leaders.
