Kelayakan
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing/E-commence/Business or related disciplines
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in digital marketing, influencer marketing or e-commerce, preferably in beauty industry
- Solid experience in TikTok content creation and TikTok shop operation is a plus
- Strong interest in Korean and Asian branded beauty products
- Proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving skills
- Fast-learning, creative, well-organized, and detail-minded
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Command of spoken Cantonese is an advantage
Tanggungjawab
- identify, acquire, and build long-term relationship and partnership with relevant and suitable influencers in the beauty sectors globally to achieve the global expansion strategy for the Strawberrynet Influencer Program
- Become a Brand Ambassador of Strawberrynet to increase the reputation and popularity of our brands and products amongst the Influencer network and on social media
- Come up with innovative campaign ideas/initiatives to engage and activate influencers to build sustainable growth on influencers’ membership lifetime value
- Responsible for day-to-day operation of social media channels with a results-driven approach, including social media strategy formulation, content development and enquiry follow-up
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the campaigns and conduct various analysis reports, market research and competitor analysis to formulate strategic initiatives that add value to influencer experience and performance as well as improve operational efficiency
