Kelayakan
- Possess own transportation
- Possess at least minimum SPM / Diploma in Engineering / Mechanical discipline or equivalent
- Fresh graduated are encouraged to apply
- Has at least one year of experience in relevant field
- Knowledge of mechanical engineering field is an added advantage
- Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Mandarin will be added advantage
Tanggungjawab
- Review incoming inquiries
- Sourcing and generating Sales Quotations for customers
- Close follow up on leads to create sales opportunities and increase conversion rate
- Coordinate with the Order Processing Team for necessary for any deviation on quotations/customer orders and facilitate communication with customers
- First point of contact to customers for technical clarifications on quotations
- Provide personalized customer experience to ensure their satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Comply with Health & Safety Job Responsibilities
