Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree holder
- Have at least 1 years of work experience in HR and accounting.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Able to work independently with supervision and attention to detail.
- Basic written and verbal communication skills
- Basis computer skill i.e Microsoft word, excel
- Ability to resolve complex problems and issues
- Able to work effectively under pressure
- Flexible and able to multitask on several different aspects of a project or on multiple projects
- Able to produce quality work with strict deadlines
Tanggungjawab
- Handling full set accounts
- Manage and coordinate for annual audits and tax return filings
- Establishing and reconciling all companies operating bank accounts.
- Prepare financial reports, forecasting, budgeting and statutory reports.
- Manage timely monthly closing process and reconciliations.
- Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.
- Resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Oversee, review & implement an effective system of internal control procedures and reporting.
- Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
- Search on the government grant for SME.
- Perform ad-hoc duties when assigned.
- Human Resources In Charge of recruitment
- Update and maintain employee records
- Leave administration and tracking
- Update insurance coverage for employees.
- Provide general administrative support
- Performance management review.
