Kelayakan

  • Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Min 1 years' relevant experience in computerised accounting and admin functions.
  • Experience in the F&B industry is an added advantage.
  • Meticulous, organised and hardworking with good working attitude.
  • Able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
  • Good communication skills in English & Mandarin.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Tanggungjawab

  • Perform day-to-day accounting activities such as issuing invoices, data entry, handle AR and AP, etc.
  • Perform daily sales reconciliation, liaise with outlet staff on any sales and collection issues.
  • Process payments as assigned.
  • Process staff claims.
  • Handle day to day office and admin duties and any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
