Kelayakan
- Able to speak ENGLISH fluently.
- Mandarin speaker will be an added advantage.
- Candidate possess excellent communication skill.
- Candidate needs to possess own car for travel purpose; and able to travel from site to site (within 3km radius) during working hours
- Knowledge in property-related information research will be valued
- Prior working experience with room rental agency will be preferred
Tanggungjawab
- To manage ads on online platforms
- To manage current tenants' request
- To manage check-in & check-out matters
- To assist in handling renewal of agreements on a monthly basis
- To handle any task assigned by Director
- To cover weekends when necessary, with replacement leave provided
