Kelayakan
- Prefer candidates with 1 years working experience in related field
- Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
- Able to read, speak & write in Mandarin and English
- Value added if have basic knowledge in HR.
- A person who is not shy to talk to others.
Tanggungjawab
- Manage the full cycle of the recruitment process while optimizing recruitment workflow, ensuring quick hiring turnaround.
- Actively source potential candidates on different recruitment platforms.
- Design and run sourcing strategies to target specific candidate pools.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Plan interview & selection procedures including phone call screening, assessments, video call interview & in-person interview (if needed).
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
- Providing recruitment reports (progression, highlights from candidate & etc) to superior.
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
