Tanggungjawab
- Learn details about our product and service offerings (social media management, website, design packages and more)
- Finding leads and conducting the necessary follow-up to meet sales quotas.
- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and need through chats.
- Update customer database with contact details and interest information from prospective customers.
- Track and document calls and sales
- Stay abreast with online marketing trends and competitors.
- Handle and solve customers’ complaints.
