Kelayakan
- Have at least 1-2 years of working experience in Industrial Relation / Human Resource
- Conversant with Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, and any other statutory regulations.
- Good in MS Office.
- Good writing skills, great interpersonal skills, and communication skills.
- Willing to be placed in Melaka/Negeri Sembilan
Tanggungjawab
- Represent the company on labour disputes if referred to Labour Department or Industrial Relations department.
- Investigate and manage disciplinary and grievance procedures as well as conduct as domestic inquiries.
- Manage, execute, and monitor company legal compliance and requirement within Industrial Relations and labour scope, monitor record retention.
- Liaise with government offices and agencies pertaining to employee related issue and Malaysian Labour Laws.
- Review existing Industrial Relation policies, procedures, guidelines and propose changes as and when needed.
