Kelayakan
- Candidate must prossess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, optionally Mandarin.
- Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
- Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
- Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in driving teamwork excellence, conflict resolution.
- Business-minded where applicable with entrepreneurship skill to ensure business success.
- Have strong knowledge of applicable system automation, business solution softwares.
Tanggungjawab
- Create original, creative, attractive content to maintain effective marketing campaigns/ online advertisement and social media networks.
- Plan, strategies and execute all digital marketing platforms, including email marketing, social media marketing, affiliates program, and display advertising campaigns.
- Set up performance marketing campaigns via Facebook Ads Manager. Experience in Instagram, XHS will be added advantage.
- Keep abreast of new technologies and digital marketing trends and implement these in marketing campaigns.
- Optimize marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and preference, generate quality leads and improve sales based on insights, and assess against ROIs and KPIs.
- To lead, manage, supervise and monitor all promotional programs that promote the product and services of a company regularly.
- Work closely with various departments on activities launches, promotions, and other actionable insights.
- Conduct marketing strategies and promotional material for online and offline platforms.
- To undertake any other related job/ project directed by the management from time to time.
