Kelayakan
- University degree in accounting or ACCA or a PA.
- At least 10 years of financial/project management/accounting experience within an international organization, multinational company.
- Good knowledge of GAAP and IFRS
- Experience in Xero and project accounting preferred
Tanggungjawab
- Prepares and present monthly management reports, variance analysis and cashflow projections to Management / Directors.
- Liaise with regulatory agencies (such as tax agencies etc) to ensure compliance with local statutory laws and regulations.
- Liaise with the Audit Committee/auditors on annual audits and to address any accounting and control issues proactively.
- Responsible for the annual budgeting cycle. Monitor and work with internal stakeholders to ensure the income and cost are delivered in accordance with the approved budgets.
- Continually reviews business processes and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensures accurate and timely day-to-day accounting which includes invoicing, payment processing, payroll and cash management.
- Ensures accounting records are prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, local laws and regulations and company policies.
- Develop standard operating procedures and ensure the implementation of strong internal controls within the organisation.
