* Assist in day to day finance and accounting task.
* Able to prepare full set of accounts.
* Liaise with external parties such as external auditors, tax agents, Company secretary, bankers and etc.
* Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory compliance.
* Handle finance ad-hoc task is required.
* Any other duties to be determined by the Manager from time to time.
