Kelayakan
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Able to communicate in Mandarin (role requires candidate to liaise with Taiwan clients) and English. Able to read Traditional Mandarin words.
- SPM leavers and fresh graduate who are interested are also encouraged to apply – Full Training Provided.
- Work on rotational shifts (Morning, Afternoon and Night shift).

As a Customer Care Executive, you will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
You will play an important role in
- Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products.
- Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
