JOB HIGHLIGHTS
*Work based at Pontian Johor

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
*Responsible for the overall financial managements of the company.
*To ensure that the monthly cash flow/cash balance report is up to date incorporating all expenses and cost incurred by all departments, hence representing a true status of the actual financial situation of the company.
*Monitor trade debtors and credit control
*To work closely with the management team to prepare annual financial budgets for the company.
*Liaise with external auditors, internal auditors, tax advisors,company secretary and legal advisor on statutory requirements.
*Review monthly expenses and compare to budget.
*Finalise and prepare monthly accounts, compare to budgets and highlight the variance.
*Monitor and review of progress claim & expenses for project and maintenance jobs and compare to budgets.
*Liaise with bankers on all banking matters.
*Review of trade creditors and arrange for payment.
*Verify all payment vouchers prior to send to Singapore for approval.
