Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of experience as an assistant manager or supervisor in FB industry
- Preferably candidate with kitchen operation experience
- Well verse in PC, Microsoft word-Excel
- Flexibility to travel within outlets
Tanggungjawab
- Joining in kitchen operation for learning the kitchen preparation, cooking and SOP of each menu.
- Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations of restaurants.Learning in checking food quality routine and ingredient shelf life.Learning in control food wastage.
- Participating in all learning opportunities within the restaurant.
- Observing and learning from experienced staff members.
- Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
- Taking detailed notes and liaising with Operation Trainer Manager & Restaurant Managers. Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the traineeship
- Following all company regulations, and health and safety codes.
- Transfer to work in other outlets operations to meeting goals set out at the start of the traineeship.
- Assist in helping others and teamwork with each other.
- Follow leader instruction and perform work in good manner.
- Report to leader-in-charge regarding issue happened.
