Job Description
• Ensure client’s manpower requests are meet at company’s best capabilities.
• Ensure all documents for manpower are complete and valid before mobilization plan by applying their OSP and CCC to client accordingly.
• Inform and deliver the info of any changes or any issue on manpower movement within the team for incoming, ongoing and completed job/project for any locations
• Provide manpower report and summary to the Operation Team Leader and email formally to the team for compiling report purposes
Requirements
• Experience at least 1 Year as Crewing Admin. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Familiar With Microsoft Office
• Able to work independently and under fast-paced environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive Thinking and willing to learn
• Able to speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia
