1. Prepare Fixed Assets schedules;
2. Prepare HP schedules;
3. Prepare AR/AP reconciliation;
4. Conversance with SST rules & regulation;
5. Able to prepare full set of accounts, preferable experience in handling construction accounts
6. Create account no in AutoCount system- Live and Evaluation
7. Pass Journal Entry (Prepayment, Depreciation, Hire Purchase, Fixed Deposit, Loan, Contra, adjustment...)
8. Key Foreign Currency Bank transaction
9. Pass Unrealized Gain / (Loss) entry
10. Check Project Claim Invoice
11. Key Subcon/maincon Invoice /Debit/Credit Note
12. Prepare CP58
13. Stock take to tally physical stock with Autocount System (Aluminium, Glass & Accessories)
14. Prepare schedule for audit
15. Photostat supporting document for accrual at year end
16. Check Maintenance service charge/sinking fund/quit rent/assessment for apartments
17. Reply audit confirmation - Contract Debtors
