• We are looking for an individual who is customer-focused and enjoys providing excellent concierge service over the phone. He/She will be responsible for looking after the requests of our premium customers, providing personalized service, meeting their needs and expectation whilst at the same time ensuring internal quality standards are kept and following established turnaround times.

Your Role As A Lifestyle Concierge (Customer Service Executive) include:

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Diploma in Mass Communication, Business Studies, Tourism or other relevant fields
• 2+ years of customer service experience in any industry.
• Experience in the Concierge/ Tourism/ Travel/ Travel Agency industry is an added advantage.
• Omnichannel work experience is preferred – phone, email and chat
• Firsthand city knowledge of local events and ability to spot trends nationwide
• Experience working directly with international contacts for the fulfillment of reservations
• Proven experience working with affluent customers
• Strong communication and customer service skills with fluent English
• Able to work rotating shift based on schedule (covering weekends and public holidays)
