Logistic cum Account Assistant:
Job Responsibilities:
*Issue sales quotation, delivery order and invoicing.
*Monitor and follow up on the status of ongoing customers order and update the sales or
service team as well as customers where necessary
*Liaise with warehouse, process and logistic department in scheduling delivery to customers
*Handling phone inquiries and walk-in customer.
*Assist in accounting work and debts collection
Job Requirements:
*Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business
*Studies/Administrative/Management or equivalent
*Working experience in the related field is preferable
*Willing to learn and able to multi-tasking
*Committed, strong sense of responsibilities and able to work as a team
