Kelayakan
- Applicants without prior experience are welcome to apply and on-the-job training is provided
- Having experience in a customer service-related field is an added advantage
- Strong communication skills
- Fast learner with good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel/Word, etc.)
- Able to work 24 hour shifts
Tanggungjawab
- Identify and evaluate customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
- Be able to answer customers timely and accurately according to the knowledge base, and provide customers with standard services
- Always be guided by the company's service standards and guidelines
- Must demonstrate a high degree of integrity and confidentiality and maintain the confidentiality of customer information at all times
- Constantly seek improvement to improve team performance and efficiency
