Tanggungjawab

After-Sales Service
● Responsible for making outbound calls to/for reminding customers on subscription renewals, customer service follow-ups and other related matters to increase repeat purchase rate..
● Responsible for achieving customer success targets set by the company.
● Deliver fast response and consistent service to maintain close relationships with both new and existing customers.
● Excellent presentation skills and communication skills.
● Aggressive, persistent, energetic, willing to take challenges.
● Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
● Experience in Sales and Business development is an added advantage


Customer Service
● Understand customer enquiry/complaint and resolve effectively and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction
● Provide quality customer support throughout various communication platform
● Ensure all enquiries are recorded on timely and accurate basis in CRM system
● Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
● Direct prospects to the relevant department
● Enter and update customer information in the database
● Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation


Telemarketing
● To perform professional and efficient outbound calls for adhoc promotion, survey, lead qualification, after sales service, and other business objectives.
● Proactively recommend ways to add value to customer and improve service quality
● Ensure all enquiries are recorded on timely and accurate basis in CRM system
● Perform other related duties as and when required.
● Working experience in the call center preferred
● Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
● Able to multitask and work over time when required

2.0 JOB REQUIREMENTS


● Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U/Diploma
● Candidates must be able to communicate well in Malay as the role requires candidate to deal with Malay speaking clients
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills
● Fast learner and self motivated
● Team-oriented and service minded
● Careful and patient, able to work under pressure
● Required skill(s): Excel, powerpoint and CRM.
● Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
