Senior Marketing Executive

1. To involve and develop strategies and tactics for specific product or
platform.
2. To coordinate successful marketing campaigns and responsible for the
whole implementation process.
3. To creatively exploring organic and paid acquisition channels (e.g.:
content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event
management, publicity, social media lead generation campaigns,
copywriting, performance analysis etc.)
4. To establish strategic relationships and partner with key industry players,
agencies and vendors.
5. To lead and manage teammates in achieving individual goals.
6. To prepare and monitor the marketing budget on quarterly and annual
basis and allocate funds wisely.
7. To oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to
hard copy brochures and case studies.
8. To measure and report on performance of marketing campaigns, gain
insight and assess against goals.
9. To identify/analyse consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising
campaigns accordingly.

Requirement
1. Qualification in Marketing/Advertising/Business or related field is preferred.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in leading marketing team.
3. Demonstrable marketing experience with the potential and mindset to
learn.
4. Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively
devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage,
educate and motivate.
5. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools.
6. Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of
metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.
7. A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication.
8. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing
and measurement.
