NIE invites applications for a Human Resource Executive position in the Human Resource Department. Responsibilities · Manage the full employee life cycle transactions from Hiring, On-boarding, Performance Management, Benefits to Exit. · Manage queries and provide advice to stakeholders like line managers and employees. · Manage the financial administration of the department in budgets, purchases and procurement. · Prepare HR statistical reports. · Provide support in HR projects, events and initiatives. · Review HR processes and procedures. Requirements · A Polytechnic Diploma, preferably in Business Studies with specialization in Human Resource Management. · Preferably with relevant working experience in a HR role. · Familiar with the Employment Act, local immigration rules and work pass application procedures. · Meticulous, detail-oriented and good with numbers. · Very good IT skills and highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications. · Able to take initiative, work independently, and collaboratively in teams. · Good communication (written and spoken) skills. · Experience in using Workday will be advantageous.
