Tanggungjawab
Responsibilities;
1. Provide technical support to clients by identifying problems, researching answers and guide clients to meets overall satisfaction.
2. Ensure pending or urgent issues channeled to correct recipient to ensure issues being addressed properly and immediately.
3. Ensure Work Order are recorded and updated in timely manner without delay.
4. Develop open and clear communications with stakeholders to support in resolving issues raised.
Requirements;
1. Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, IT or equivalent fields.
2. Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
3. IT literacy in Microsoft Office.
4. At least 3 years working experience in related fields.
