Kelayakan
- Minimum possess Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management, Business Study, or equivalents
- Have 3-4 years of relevant working experience in food & beverage industry
- Excellent proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
- Good People management skill, communication skill, and leadership skill
- Possess strong sense of responsibility, commitment, accountability, integrity, and results oriented
- Positive working attitude, good in analytical and problem-solving skills
Tanggungjawab
- To responsible for the daily operations of restaurant
- Enforce standards and manage restaurant operating costs and profitability
- Evaluate guest satisfaction and ensure continuous improvement of customers’ loyalty.
- Review service processes and provide recommendations for service enhancement
- To ensure compliance of SOPs, regulations, implementation of policies and guidelines in the restaurant
- Manage quality control activities, cleanliness and value in line with Company’s standards and procedures
- Plan, review and execute inventory management, control and to make purchases and stocks based on sales volume
- Plan and manage staff scheduling to maximize efficiencies
- Support recruitment effort for restaurant staffs
- Plan, organize and execute training system for staff
- To handle customer’s complaints and to investigate the causes and reasons for complaints
