Senior Account Executive

JOB ROLES
• Participate in financial audits and ensure all documents, statements and records comply with financial legal, tax requirements and financial reporting standards
• To review and oversee the preparation of monthly financial statements
• To review and verify the financial statements to ensure the accuracy and compliance with Company policies
• Preparation of full set of accounts including monthly management report with analysis report, required schedules, bank reconciliation and inter-company reconciliation
• Responsible to make all ledger, accounts receivables & payables are properly maintained and reconciled on a monthly basis
• To prepare the monthly cash flow projection for the Company to operate effectively and ensure working capital requirement at company level is sufficient
• Identify, report and resolve accounting related operational issues, discrepancies and abnormal transactions
• To liaise and maintain external relationships with auditor taxation, bankers, third party and other institution

JOB REQUIREMENT
• Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Candidate must possess at least professional qualified (ACCA, CPA, CIMA) or Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or its equivalent
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience
• Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles
• Proficiency in financial and accounting software (SQL) and Microsoft office application especially in MS Excel and MS Words
