Human Resource Manager

Job Responsibilities: This role is responsible for working effectively and independently with various stakeholders and contributing to the business strategy in building HR services. You will ensure that the core HR operational work meets high consistently. You will liaise with key stakeholders and deliver HR services professionally

• Independently handles the employee life cycle process (pre & onboarding, contracting, orientation, exit, etc.) for full-time employees & contractors
• Manage organizational performance management
• Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
• Maintain legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource requirements, conducting investigations, and maintaining records
• Work on Human Resource Process Flow Chart and Standard Operating Procedure to improve the HR system
• Work on various government funding programs
• Update and maintain HR SOP to identify opportunities for process improvement

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or relevant
• At least 5 years of Human Resource experience ideally as an HR Business Partner or generalist
• Proficient in statutory labour regulations
• Knowledge of HRIS (Open soft system) would be an added advantage
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
