Credit Bureau Singapore is looking for a Helpdesk Executive to support our Member Clients (Banking & Financial Institutions) Responsibilities:
- You will be the primary interface between Credit Bureau Singapore and its Member Clients (Banking & Financial Institutions) and tasked with managing a portfolio of these Client's service fulfilment and related support.
- Conduct monthly audits on members of Credit Bureau Singapore Pte Ltd.
- Process offline reports and ensure timely submission of deliverables.
- Any other ad-hoc duties required.
- Minimum NITEC / Diploma in Business or other related discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of administrative work experience.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft office and IT skills are preferred.
- Able to work independently and effectively under pressure.
- Candidate must be meticulous and detailed in handling daily work.
- Candidates who can commence work immediately would be considered favourably.
- Good spoken and written communication skills.
- Possess great interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and effectively under pressure.
- Detailed and analytical.
- Only Singaporeans and Singapore PRs need to apply.
