We are looking for a customer oriented Help Desk Executive to provide effective and friendly support to our customers. You will provide 1st level help desk support for problem resolution.
The Help Desk Executive shall have fundamental IT knowledge and the ability to speak confidently and fluently in Bahasa Melayu and English
Responsibilities:
-Serving as the first point of contact for customers over the phone, email or social media channels
-Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques (training will be provided)
-Determining the best solution based on the issue and information collected from customers
-Analyses and resolves incident/request regarding use of application software or hardware.
-Logs and tracks incident/request using in-house customer management system and continuous updating to knowledge based system
-Communicate with other service providers, record and follow up with incidents whenever required.
-Adhere to company best support practices includes ISO 9001, ISO 20000 and ITIL processes
-Working on shift hours as per project requirement.
Requirements:
-Diploma/Degree in relevant disciplines
-Good understanding of IT
-Optimistic, passion and customer oriented
-Ability to see through the incident and diagnose in most effective manner
-Team player
