Tanggungjawab

Job Description: - Responsible for the daily HR functions, providing support for the delivery of HR services to the organisation. - Supporting management in HR administrative duties. - Able to perform the recruitment process including screening of candidates, interviews and retention. - Recruit non-executive, executive, technical positions which includes sourcing, interviewing, preparing employment contracts and on boarding processes etc. - Handle work pass administrations such as applications, renewal, cancellation and issuance. - Assist in termination, handling of resignations and off boarding processes. - Assist to provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters. - Administer insurance claims (H&S, Workmen Injury etc.) - Provide administrative support such as procure office & stationery supplies, sundry, name cards, air ticket bookings, ad-hoc reception duties, despatch, filing etc. - Participate in MOM surveys and customers’ audit and ad-hoc assignments & projects assigned by the superior/management team. - Handle other HR functions, including staff compensations and benefits, payroll and administrative duties. - Manage Trainings for all staff/ training grant submission. - Maintenance of the HR employee database. - General HR duties Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resource administration, preferably in the F&B industry • Good knowledge and experience in Human Resource Management or related discipline. • Good knowledge of labour laws, policies and regulations • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office • Excellent communication, writing and good interpersonal skills • Meticulous and well-organised • A strong mind-set to take on new tasks as required. • Maturity to handle confidential information • Strong team player with strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation whilst still having the ability to work independently • High level of flexibility and adaptability • Able to converse in English and Mandarin, in order to communicate with internal and external stakeholders. • *We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified • *For Singaporean Applicants Only
