Kelayakan

  • Min. 3 years of relevant working experience would be advantage.
  • Strong analytical & problem solving skills, effective communication.

Tanggungjawab

  • Handle full set accounts (account receivable/payable, general ledger, financial statement & tax compliance with appropriate accounting standard.
  • Prepare Bank Reconciliation, creditor ledger & debtor ledger.
  • Ensure all transaction of the month are taken up in timely.
  • Assist in yearly auditing (internal & external)
  • Finalize monthly accounts, including updating & verification for accounting transaction & ad-hoc assignments.
  • To type correspondences, minutes of meeting, etc.
  • To handle general admin work including purchasing, insurance, office & equipment maintenance, and other related matters.
  • Any other duties & responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time
