1. Handling of customer inquiries and feedback.
2. Preparing quotations and submitting to superior for approval.
3. Compiled necessary documents and mail to customers in time.
4. Responsible to take orders and review the product and delivery capability.
5. Responsible to handle customer complaints and convey to the concerned department for action taken.
6. Responsible to liaise with relevant dept. for any information required by customers.
7. Responsible to send samples requested by customers.
8. To undertake any other related jobs from time to time as directed by the superior.
9. Responsible on monitoring the compliance with regulatory authorities.
10. Responsible on monitoring the compliance with ISO9001, BRC Standard and related documents.
