Tanggungjawab
• Responsible for all aspects of the finance, accounting, payroll and group reporting. This will include responsibility for monthly and statutory financial reporting, taxation, budgeting and forecasting, costing and other ad hoc projects.
The above includes:
• To provide accurate and timely Monthly/Yearly Analysis of:
- Monthly Trial Balance, P & L Account, Balance Sheet and other accounts if any
- Prepare and monitor accurate and timely record and reports of accounts, like operation of accounts and data processing
- Sales and Purchases
- Year-end Auditing
- Monthly and yearly full set of Budget Accounts
- Other offices financial status & report
- Management/Financial Report
- Analysis report
- Prepare Fixed Assets Schedule, Balance Sheet Schedule and Tax Schedule
- Implementing accounting system
• Prepare payroll and ensure that EPF, SOSCO, PCB, Taxes complies with relevant law and regulations
• Work together with heads of other departments to prepare reports or furnish relevant data for their reports and if necessary liaise and coordinate with software vendor.
• Ad hoc assignments
