Demi Chef de Partie - Baker is a reponsible leader in Pastry Section of Borneo Rainforest Lodge kitchen. He will have to ensure as follows.
1. To ensure the highest standard of product and hygiene is maintained.
2. To be part of a team by using the specified recipes and practises in the department in which they work.
3. To maintain standards and conducts training related to the kitchen department.
4. To offer innovations and ideas on how to improve the products and environment in which they work.
5. To have an honest and cohesive working relationship, with all our supporting internal and external partners.
6. To support all environmental and sustainability effort, and best practice and strive towards creating environment – friendly community.
