Kelayakan
- Min possess Diploma / Degree in HR Management.
- Have at least 2 years related working experience in related field.
- Experience in monthly payroll processing.
- Computer literate in Microsoft office Application & Payroll System (Prior experience with QPAY payroll system is preferred).
- Proficient in Employment Act, other requirements, procedures, rules and regulations of local authorities.
- Good communication and written in English.
Tanggungjawab
- Assisting with day to day efficient operation of the human resources including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, employee relations, compliance & office administration.
- Process payroll using Quick Pay System and ensure timely payroll completion.
- Checking overtime claim and prepare monthly payroll summary and overtime report.
- Documents preparation and submission for quota application.
- Documents preparation and clearance of foreign workers procedure.
- Responsible for work permit/employment pass, visa application, special pass, check-out memo, and liaising with immigration officers.
- FOMEMA arrangement for a timely check-up.
- Handling work permit endorsement and renewal.
- Highlighting and handling worker’s resignations, end of contract, and long leave.
- Police report arrangement for runaway and documents preparation as required by Immigration for cancellation of working permit.
