Account Cum Admin Assistant

- To handle daily accounting operations and transactions.
- To ensure proper maintenance of records, documents and filing to support all accounting entries.
- Keep track and follow up on debtor's outstanding payments.
- To handle staff claims, petty cash, payment vouchers.
- Update and maintain accurate accounting entry into accounting system
- Handle data entry for all account transaction including Account Receivable (AR), Account Payable (AP) & General Ledger (GL).
- Provide administrative support function to the company.
- Able to work independently, positive attitude and with minimum supervision
- Coordinating between departments and divisions in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational problems.

Requirement;
- At least a Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, any field. Candidate possess LCCI higher or Diploma in Accounting is given priority.
- Computer literacy especially in SQL Accounting Software and Microsoft Office application.
- Able to handle full set of Account
- Atleast 1 – 2 years’ experience in related field is preferred. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Pleasant personality, proactive, meticulous and has the ability to multi-task, able to work independently with minimum supervision, and manage time effectively.
