Tanggungjawab

Job Description:
• To Assist on Manage the various HR sections, that is, Manpower Planning, Employee Relations and Performance Appraisal.
• To assist on recruitment process including recruitment advertisements and interviews arrangement.
• Manage and prepare staff payroll processing (attendance, leave management record, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and MTD etc).
• Responsible for implementing office policies by continues monitoring procedures and standards of company policy to be followed by all employees.
• Process new and renewal of work pass applications.
• Any other duties as may be assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements:
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with all levels of staff.
• Have knowledge on Law related to employment such us, Sabah Labor Ordinance, Sarawak Labor ordinance & Employment Act
• Good attitude, virtues of truth, integrity, honesty, tolerance, and professionalism.
• Preferably a Diploma in human resource management or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant hands-on HR experience.
