> Provide support in all the processes and efforts carried out by human resources managers.
> Help prepare recruitment processes by job posting, scanning CVs and narrowing the selection to the most suitable candidates.
> Arrange interview and contract preparation.
> Conduct induction/orientation training.
> Perform administrative tasks, prepare communications and letters, and perform the tabulation of the surveys and assessments carried out by the department.
> Administration process, filing, documentation and artwork preparation.
> Permit application.
> Ad-hoc replacement teacher for different centres.
