Sales & Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:
• Develop and effectively implement a sales strategy to maintain and drive business growth.
• Develop and effectively implement a marketing strategy with a focus on creating a brand, proposition and communications.
• Monitor the overall marketing budget to achieve the maximum sales.
• Ensure that all procedures are correct and timely processing of documents are carried out on matters pertaining to Sale and Purchase, Transfers, Loans, Sub-sales, Tenancies, billing, collections, vacant possession, and other related works including interest
• Timely issuance of progressive billings to purchasers and timely collections of receivables and follow up regularly on overdue account and handle debtors enquiries & take appropriate action to resolve issue.
• Ensure 100% billings on time and collection achieved.
• Any other ad hoc projects as and when required.

Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Min 6-8 years relevant work experience with proven track record in leading sales teams.
• Solid track record of lead generation and realizing agreed sales targets in commercial and residential properties.
• Demonstrated experience in back-end sales administrative management and development of sales operational manuals.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong customer orientation.
• Proven interpersonal and communication skills including presentation skills.
• Driven with a "can-do" attitude and able to work under pressure and deliver within planned target and committed timelines.
